The Only Hope Left

I hope there's a heaven 
For all the innocent souls that have been murdered senselessly

I hope there's a hell
For the monsters who profit from destruction and misery

I hope those who fight back are eternally rewarded
Even though their efforts are constantly thwarted 

And I hope there's forgiveness for the rest of us 
Who live in the purgatory of paralysis
