Introduction
Sometimes I build a poem around just a few lines and sometimes I recognize that just a few lines is the poem. What’s the difference?, you may ask. But the better question is, what’s the same? And the answer to that is always, I write what heals me, nothing less and nothing more.

There is value in being able to hold in the light the best of what visits me in the dark of night to not have to battle between angels and demons or go to extremes for a glimpse of my hard won wisdom I may give the best of me away and not expect everyone to pay with love or money but that doesn't mean it comes cheaply
